I took Mari to see Mr. Garrison Keiler at the Auditorium last night as an early birthday present. It was great. We had a lot of fun listening to him talk, sing, and tell jokes. One of my favorites was when he mentioned teens and facial piercings. "It looks like they fell face first into a tackle box!!" he said to an audience about ready to fall out of their seats. And you'll just have to ask about his predection for airline security. After all, it's like our parents told us - "It only takes one person..." He even did a Lake Wobegon story. (C'mon, admit it, you're stunned, right?) I'd tell you what that was all about, but it was a very long story and it had an ending that was risqué. But hilarious. Ask me sometime, but I'll be honest - I don't do Lake Wobegon stories justice. ^^;
